Obviously, I need to have a web page, which I have. I don't have my own domain name, however. But I do have an unfinished web site at
www21.brinkster.com/searchilus/ where I am planning to have a forum on the same server dealing with automotive-related topics. I already have php bulletin board downloaded at Brinkster, but as I have heard, in order to get it to work I need a host. If I am required to use vBulletin, that's okay too.
