I think Rumble is referring to the Carter 4862 BB Mopar 120 GPH pump.

I've had pretty good success with this pump up to about 400 HP although the longevity of the pump leaves allot to be desired, most loose volume and pressure in about 5,000 miles...but $79.00..you get what you pay for....
