Hey Guys
New member here and got a few questions about the new 5.7 and 6.1 hemi crate motors. First off has anyone purchased one and what's your opinion?? I am thinking about putting one in a nostagia drag car just to be different......
But what kind of power are these things actaully making and/or capable of making with cam change,carb,headers etc etc?? What kind of RPM will they take and will a 727 bolt up to them?? I need to have atleast 500-550 hp with a carb setup in order to get the kind of times I am after, is this feasable?? Are they fairly reliable or do they need constant attention?? Also any specs, weight and dims would be greatly appreciated.
