the 2 x 4 setup your refering too is off 58s. 60-61 had cross ram with carbs over exhaust manifolds while 62-64 had the inline for 413, and max wedge had the cross ram simular to hemi offset carb. inlines where usually cast while the others were white metal - aluminum although i have seen them in cast iron as well but they are rare.
In 1966 Mopar sold over the counter a 2x4 cast iron intake complete with carbs, linkage and a pair a small air cleaners. They made them for the B and the RB engines. They were cast iron and single plane with inline carbs. There may have have been a 2x4 option in the 1962 383 Dart also. In the 1966 the 2bbl 383 had the largest 2bbl ever used on a Mopar car. This engine came with the smaller 361 2bbl camshaft though. In 1967 a smaller 2bbl was used but the 2bbl 383 got the 4bbl 383 camshaft. In 1968 the 2bbl 383 got a high rise intake to mate to the 906 heads instead of the older low rise intake and used the older, non-magnum 4bbl camshaft that was also standard in the 350 hp 440.
