Here is my issue.
I was always told anything I hook to my truck is covered by my trucks policy.
Now, this new to me insurance company says this is not true with RV's.
So, my truck, not my personal propery was covered.

I'm out over $10,000 in Rv and personal items.

So be very careful who you buy from in the RV business, and always call your insurance agent first!
Truck WAS a 2002 ram/cummins 2500 4X4

I am not for sure but I think you are right, I would check YOUR copy of the policy looking for eclusions for the RV, if none found call them back and tell them of this fact. And if they still give you the run-around tell them that your lawyer will be happy to talk to them about the matter. They would rather settle than have to go thru that I promise. Dont forget to include "loss of use" of the truck also in your claim. Then a trip to a personal claims lawyer . Most will do a free consultation, and let you know what re-course you ACTUALLY have... Dang that was some fire, sorry for your loss....
