Default Part numbers not in part manuals

Has anyone had issues with Mopar part numbers not showing up in any parts manuals? I have the need to replace sway bar bushings in my two '55 Dodges (one Coronet and one Royal). Both sway bars are the same. It looks like the inner bushings (under the brackets) are non-serviceable parts, as the blown up parts pictures do not show a number for these. Nor does the service manual. They do for the shaft itself and the outer cushion bushing.

However, there are part numbers stamped on these outer bushings of both cars. They are different, so probably one supercedes the other. These part numbers are not in the manuals, and are not in several of the Mopar part search engines online. So, I assume that all parts had part numbers for manufacturing, even though maybe some were designated as unserviceable. Maybe some of the older Mopar guys can chime in. I probably will have to just get a block of rubber and cut to size. Steele Rubber may have something that may work, too.
