66coronet headers
Most headers for a 440 coronet start at 67 because the 440 wasnt offered in 66. Are there any problems using the 67 headers on a 66 if a 440 has been transplanted?

Same body dimensions....same headers.....no worries..they are the same. (If the engine transplanted is in the stock location).

...no problems
...as gotcha stated there really are no problems...put a set of Hooker Super COmps in my 66 Coronet w/ a 440 and have no complaints.

You should have no problems. I changed from a B-block to RB-block and used the same headers in my car. You may find they will be slightly higher or closer to the floor pan but work fine.
One problem I did have was the heigth effected air cleaner to hood clearance and I went to a shorter air cleaner/filter combo. |
