Need a slip yoke for my 68.
Hey all. Getting the itch to cruise the Roadrunner again. Winters up here are too long. Though glad not to live in eastern Canada. Anyway, the tail end of the 4sp in the RR has had a slow drip. The seal is new, as the trans was rebuilt and new seals installed. The slip yoke is in rough shape with a small grove and rather pitted. I went to the Mopar Performance site and all they have are yokes for 727 and 904 autos. Will these work with the 833? The yoke is 7.5 inches in total and 29 spline. Any ideas? Thanks.

The 29-spline slip yoke is the same for 727 and 833; be sure the yoke you get has the right u-joint.

So then the extra length of the one on the MP web site wont matter? Long as the uni is the same size. They are 8 in. and the one I have is 7.5

The u joint I have is the bigger cap size and MP has none of those. I found some on Brewers Performances' web site if I cant find a good used one.
