Arrow Harmonic Balancer difference?

So im looking at these balancers on summit and am like WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!? They jump from 120 to 260 to 350! Um why other than name obviously? The two im really looking at are the 120 and 260 summit balancers.

and if ya dont mind??????
