Well finally!

After over 4 years of driving a heavy underpowered (unkillable) 3.9 V-6 in my 88 Ram D100, I have a 99 Ram2500 with the 360 and I love it! After years of being beat on and passed by everything from ricers to 10 wheel dump trucks on a hill (NO JOKE) I get a piece of satisfaction. Last night I was going down Rt30 in Amsterdam, and of course people there like to race down the merge lane and cut you off and of course someone tried. A ford explorer was going at it and I just got p!$$ed and I guess all those years came rushing up and bam! I floored it, wasted his a$$ and cut HIM off!! I love it. Anyone else been repressed for years? LET IT OUT!

Still haven't had the luxury of a V8 yet, but I went from a 2.5l Plymouth Acclaim to a 3.5l Intrepid with 2 times the horsepower. Was a thrill going from a car that was outrun by Volvo's to a car that could run and sometimes outrun a stock Mustang GT. The real kicker was when I learned I no longer had to gun it when passing. Only took one time of trying and hitting 90mph before I had a chance to realize I passed the guy.

My first car was an '88 Pontiac 6000 (rust brown). Then a '96 Grand Caravan (faster than the Pontiac but still slow). But when I got my Concorde, I did some major killing on the streets, especially after my new exhaust.

Cool

You think thats bad, try driving a little Mazda B2000 pickup for 10 years (still can't wear it out). I got tired of ford and chevy idiots trying to run over me in their pickups so I go out and buy a 5 speed V8 Dakota. Now they pay, boy do they pay.
