Default cooling fans fail

hello everyone, 1997 neon 4 cyl auto/ air ...one owner..
dealer replaced sensors, relay, coolent level , fuse checked etc.
sugguested the trouble might be computer related..

i've read that this leads to a commen overheating problem that should have been a recall but hasent happened.. i'm now looking to sell it and since i'm in a remote area with limited auto resorces, my options are few..

what i'd like to do is hard wire the fans to come on when ignistion is in run posistion.. could you please suggest a clean way to install the proper gauge? wire and a way to include the 30 amp fuse in with the fan harness?

can you suggest anything else to fix this problem in a backyard situation... thank-you.

Check the relay under the battery tray. You can short it out, if the fans work, the relay is faulty. It gets cooked if you have had an overheating problem.
