Bobby Hamilton driving the #4 Dana Dadge dominated the field at Martinsville today. Dodges took six out of the top eight positions.

It was a great race too!! Not only did he have the best truck, he did all 250 laps on the same set of tires on the left side. He had the rights changed twice. Congrats to you Bobby.

Phone # is 540/638-8552. I think he builds practically all the Dodge truck engines except Petty. He used to build engines for the public but may be closed to the public now. He is a nice guy just very busy.

Just a little to add to Joey Arrington info. Some of you new folks may not know that his dad was the last full-time Mopar racer in Winston Cup. Buddy Arrington finally had to switch to Ford in 1985 because the M-body would be illegal the following year.

I agree Joey is a nice guy. I wrote him a letter in the late 80's asking his opinion of the Mopar small block. He wrote back with a description of what needed to be done before it could be competitive. his letter described the bad pushrod angle, oiling problems and bad gasket sealing areas that needed to be re-designed. Those changes were all incorporated in the current race engines.

It's good to see he is being recognized as the talented Mopar race mechanic he is.
