V10 engine swap
On top of the cost of the engine/transmission from a wrecked Viper, what other costs would I incur if I wanted to swap that hardware into a Plymouth B-body? I know it would probably take an extreme amount of fabrication and modification, but I've seen cudas and challengers with V10's and I just wondered if this was feasible for normal people? Don't laugh at me too hard guys it's just an idea..lol...

Not going to laugh at you, but, you'll spend at least $10 - $12K on modifying your car.
1) custom k-member 2) front suspension 3) engine bay mods 4) custom floor pan 5) custom electrical 6) custom drive shaft 7) bunch of lil' stuff I'm surely forgetting... Try searching on-line for someone whose done this previously to their car to get a list of the mods that will need to be done. |

Alright thanks....I found some information here:
dodgeforum.com/m_349694/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#349694 and the message board has a link to popular hot rodding's website where they have an article over a v10 Charger....sounds like you could build a 440 to be just as if not more powerful while saving weight and money though |
