transmission help fast
Hi,
I have a question. Today I go out and I slid the torque converter on the tranny all way. I turn it in all the drive positions and i feel the back of the output shaft to see if its turning but its not. Does it supposed to or is there a problem? Doesn't the tranny supposed to be in the car moving fast to turn the shaft because of the fluid moving causing pressure? Thanks |

It's all in the tranny fluid. Make sure it is all the way in,make sure your flexplate will clear everything and go for it. I like to have some long all-thread studs screwed into the block that I slide the tranny on.It makes it easy.

Ok cool, just making sure. We rebuilt the tranny and its dry of fluid right now. This weekend were going to swap it in,hopefully it performs good with the transgo TF-2 kit
