Who builds quality 8 3/4 complete rear ends?
Ok, Im saving my $$ now to get rid of my 7 1/4 rear in my cuda to put in a nice 8 3/4 limited slip rear, and I was curious to see whether anyone knew of a place that builds these rears. I've seen a few on the web, like this one guy in Minnesota that does a complete rear for 2500, but he doesnt include the brakes with the rear. Im hoping to find a place that does the whole unit. Any leads?
Thanks in advance Tim |

I got my 8 3/4 gears and posi unit rebuilt and set up at my local tranny shop. Most good tranny shops service race cars and alike.

For $2,500, you can get a complete MOSER 60 and have some change left over.
Watch moparts and ebay. You can get everything at those two. Then worst case, send the third member out to Randy's Ring & Pinion. |
