Wet or dry sleeves
Does the 01 360's have a wet or dry sleeve in them?

They are conventional iron small blocks, the cylinders are part of the casting and the deck is "closed". So, actually they don't have sleeves at all.

Don't they at least have a liner of some sort?

stock 360 has wet bores, not sleeves, meaning that the coolant is a 360 degree around the cylinder casting. When you speak of a siamese block, you are referring to a block that has a partial water jacket, usually 2 cylinders share the same casting wall. these usually have a larger bore capability and thicker stronger cylinder walls. I think the old "Eagle" Premier nameplate had a 3.0 V6 that had wet liners (Renault design) that you could remove when the cylinder heads were off.
