Default 72 Dodge Charger

I'm going to pick up a 72 Dodge Charger tomorrow with a 360 in it. I'm curious as to what headers people are using. I know my chevys as ive owned a 77 C-10, and currently own a 05 chevy cobalt ss/sc for my fun car. me and the girlfriend have always wanted a charger and now will finally have one. any advice would be much appreciated. the reason i ask is cause idk really know where to go for mopar parts. look for complete bolt in headers by the way (not a big fan of welding them together personally)

Hi, and welcome to the site. All the major header mfgrs make Mopar pieces. Most of them will need the drag link to be re & re'd as the headers wrap under it on the driver's side. Hooker SuperComps and TTI's clear without doing that. Anything else you need to know about your new toy can be uncovered here - some of us will offer more opinion than fact but we do have fun regardless!!

Default Good Headers & MOPAR Parts

TTI, are the best fitting. The price is a little bit more than the others but they are worth it.
I bought a few items from Bob Mancini Racing in Riverside Cal, gave me good service and prices.

Ah, forgot about the clutch linkage. You might be able to get the modification details from Hedman's site - download the installation manual. Others should also have this info.

Yeah, Mopars have a front torsion-bar suspension that screws things up a bit for exhaust/clutch/steering stuff. Not too much room for nice, big headers and exhaust.
