That guy sounds like some of the people a woman I dated told me about. She worked for a cell company setting up and handling accounts and all the time got calls from people shocked to get a big bill. They never understood how or what happened even though every term of the contract was right there in black and white.

while back i got a big cell phone bill for using internet and i was just using internet on my phone, and i had unlimited internet on my phone..... and they still try to charge me for all these internet minutes, that was way more that what i was even using, they charged me for a few thousand minutes, and i know there aint no way in he!! that i used that much, and i was supposed to have unlimited anyway, that just sucked

Since 85% of land-line phone bills here in Okie-land have errors on them each month, I figure cell phones are a license to steal money. My SWBT bill this month had a $22 error, last month, a $6 error. Last year, if I wasn't a bill checking nut, I figure I would have over-paid $170 in billing errors for the phone company. I get billed for "features" I don't have, long-distance calls I don't make(I know lots of people in Honduras), and lots of charges for things I've never heard of.

I have huge problem with my bills, I feel I am paying for the charges I dont use, well most of the time! Can we have a prepaid system that would fit my usage and of course with same quality as post paid??
