Here's some pics of some model projects I started some time ago and just have not gotten around to completing them yet. By the way that's reflection of the flash on that black '71 RoadRunner. It's not in the body.

I want to make this one to look as close as possible to the truck I own. It will be painted black and gold to match. I have a second kit with the same truck with a Ranger boat and trailer to go with it but I have not started it yet.

Looks like a good start on all!
I think I like the Ramcharger the best, but they all look good.
Nice touch with the Thermoquads, if anyone should have those on his kits, it should be you!

That's my pride and joy project right there. Have not worked on it since X Mas so it's time to finish that one. Let me know what you think about the detail on this one.

Well, I am not sure what direction I want to go with that one. I started to make a race car out of it, and stopped. I don't like either choice of wheels that come with it and will probably change them out if I can. Got any suggestions?

I've bought a bunch of the recent re-issues of that kit, I was planning on building a "rust rocket" one with the wheels from the Revell '05 Impala police cruiser since they look a bit like the 15" steelies from the V-6 powered J and P bodies

I've just got to figure out how to weather it so it looks like that Lebaron did.

Not bad. I thought about it the other night. Remeber that cop show "Hunter"? The woman drove a red Daytona some near the end of that shows run. Had a red gumball about the size of the steering wheel she woul try to throw on the roof. I bet the dented the roof of a lot of cars with that stupid light.

I saw one ina tv spot for insurance the other day that was blue with the silver stripe on the bottom of the ground effects. I might do one like that. I always liked that color scheme.

A customer from work told me one time he almost bought a Daytona like that one!

I found this "chase scene" on Youtube the a while back from some Tommy Lee Jones movie where he was driving a early Turbo Daytona, kinda neat to see one in pursuit mode

I watched part of it and then it decided not to load the rest of it. What was that, a Lambo clone?? Funny looking what I got to see of it. And thsoe cars are pretty quick. I ran a 5spd car against this guy that I went to school with. He had a 402 big block T/A and we stayed side by side even from take off till it redlined and I had to go to fith. Fith was too high geared and I ran out of turbo too. Best break even no winner race I was ever in.

Kinda funny that they used V8ish sound effects for that car though.

The early T1's had an unusual induction roar since the throttle body supplied the air to the turbo and not the other way around. That became even more pronounced when you opened things up a little on the airbox side
