Question 4 speed trans pedal setup

im putting a 4speed od unit in a 63 valiant 2dr pst will the orig 3spd man trans shifter pedals work?

Yes the pedals are the same along with clutch fork rod, and z bar if the same bell housing is retained

Question which one

you mean the 4speed bellhousing being used right? i have everything from other car tunnel hump even cut frame sect for trans incase i need it being that the 4speed is so much bigger.

3spd-4spd transmisions are the same size unless long tail to short tail.
If it's a v8 bell now & was then your fine If it's a slant 6 bell and was then your fine.

it was a slant 6 3speed colum shift car now 360 4speed od unit side by side the case size is larger maybe 1'' longer also.

The size difference not enough to matter it will fit fine w/hump.
BTW the size difference you speak of is the case, tails are the same.
You'll be fine. Swapping 3spd to 4spd generally requires buying a 4spd shifter/rods & correct retainer to bell housing mating.
With the 3 on the tree, along w/for mentioned you also need to install floor hump & drive shaft yoke to larger 727 slip yoke.
One call to Brewers will answer all questions you may come up with.

thanks i have hump driveshaft and all from other car. so hopefully im fine.

Yeah the car knows no difference besides the location of the shifter. The bell housing, z bar, clutch pedal is the same four speed or three speed.

Those early cars had a bellhousing that only took the 3-speed... the above advice is correct only if you have the bellhousing that came with the 4-speed...

Also, your original driveshaft is ball and trunnion... so you will need to be changing driveshaft in the course of this installation.

i have bellhousing ,z bar, driveshaft, tunnel hump,etc from donar car.
