Default Just Suspension Ground Pounder Kit

Ive been reading the new issue of Mopar Muscle, and just finished the Tech article on their "Project Bee" about the rear suspension. They are using a traction aid from Just Suspension called the Ground Pounder kit. It looks pretty interesting to me. Basically what the kit does is acts like a rear sway bar and traction bar all in one. The way it is setup is it uses a couple of brackets to mount a shock parallel to the springs between the bottom of the rear end and the frame of the car. The system is supposed to be used with the HD or SS springs and a pinion snubber to control axle wrap up on launch and help with rear end extension during cornering. Has anyone here ever tried this out? It looks like a fairly inexpensive option to use, I already have the SS springs and snubber, so I would only need 2 shocks and the brackets. The only down side I can see is that it may cut down the space in the wheel well, but I bet I could relocate the brackets to keep the parallel shocks on the inside of the springs rather than the outside. What do you guys think?

that kit is nothing new. hardcore 4x4 guys have been using that setup for years. the concept is sound, should minimize wheelhop. however I don't think the 60's would come down to much (compared to a optimized setup). But yah i would relocate the shocks inboard.

Yeah I know 4x4s have used it for a long time, and the Fox body Mustangs use a kind of similar setup, only with coil springs, but Im just wondering if anyone has or is using it on a Mopar car, and if it would be worth the time and money to do.
