Default Internal water leak

I have a 2001 plymouth neon and I have ran into a problem. When I am driving and make a left hand turn, there is water in the bottom of the dashboard that rushes from left to right and drains right down the bottom of the blower motor in the passenger side kick panel. I thought it was the heater core so i bypassed the heater core, but it didn't help.

After I did that, I felt the water that was coming out and it was a pure and cold water, not antifreeze, so I did some research. The HVAC housing hold the heater core, evaporator and blower motor.

How much water does the evaporator put out and would I have some kind of clogged drain? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

IT puts out a lot of water. You either have the a/c drain plugged or the cowl panel drains are pulgged. The a/c drain looks like a rubber tube that plugs into the firewall. The drains for the cowl can be in several places. SOme have black squared off rubber flaps on hte firewall and some just have a drain that can be seen on the side of hte cowl area when you open the door and look above the door hinges. Clean them and you should be good to go.
