Question A little help

It seems my 45 year old pick up is not up to the task of the motor and trans I built, (too much rust) I have found a fairly clean 4 dr. early 70s dart or valiant. What I would like help with is a reliable source for K-frame torsion bars headers and a good shop for narrowing rears. The rest I believe I can manufacture.

No need for a K frame. Just buy schumaker conversion mounts. http://www.engine-swaps.com/

I believe doctor diff on moparts will build a diff to whatever specs you like. he has a great rep over there. I have bought parts from him in the past, and he is great.
Here is his web site http://members.aol.com/doctordiff/

Torsion bars. Depends what you want, but older ones(like what's in the car) will work fine if traction is what you are after.

You will find there are a number of ways to go about what you are doing.

I think there is also some info at bigblockdart.com

You're not going to find headers other than the $800 hand-built Doug Thorley ones. They need to be fabricated or you can go with hipo 340 stock manifolds.
