Hello, Can anyone tell me what the standard features are on a 1999 Durango. Does it have power locks, power windows, keyless entry, etc...?

There is only 2 packages available. SLT and SLT Plus.
318 is standard on SLT, 360 on SLT plus. SLT plus includes
about everything including leather.
