I've got a 1972 360 that I would like to install in my 1989 Dodge Dakota 4x4, but i'm not sure how to compensate for the difference in balance between a Magnum and non-Magnum engine. In addition, the truck is equipped with a 3.9l V-6, and I was wondering if the V-8 would bolt up?!? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!!

The only thing you have to worry about is the torque convertor. It will balance the system for you. The 360 is a bolt in other wise. Make sure you use the 360 exhaust manifolds, they have larger ports than the 318
