Default Big Block (400) torque spec for Rocker Shaft

After doing a little welding to the outside water jacket on passanger side head to stop leak. (Was leaking thru rear valve cover bolt hole. Guess how that happened?) I went to bolt on the Rocker shaft and for the life of me I can't find torque specs for that. (Mopar B-RB Big Block book tells all other torque specs except rocker shaft.) The heads are 452s ported with 2.18" intake valves but is using stock shaft and Crane Rockers.

I'm sure this has once been discussed but can't find with search.

A little help for the back yard mechanic?
