I've got a '99 Dakota with the 318/5-speed/3.92 gears. Recently I've added Mopar headers, Gibson catback, K&N FIPK Gen II, and a F&B Ported TB. My problem is that my truck looses traction when I try to lauch hard, or even if I punch it after a roll. I've got the tire/handling package with 15x8 wheels and 255-65r15 tires.... what can I do to get more traction?

Being a stick truck makes it a little harder to launch that's for sure. Check out the below portion of MOPAR CHAT just cut & paste..... www.moparchat.com/ubb/Forum10/HTML/000087.html
If you are at the track invest in slicks!!!! It will make you MORE consistant... V10 |
