I've got Redline MTL in the tranny (manual) ,Amsoil in the rearend and Mobil1 syn 10w30 in the engine. Just wanted to know if anyone has tried Royal Purple racing oil?
They say its an expensive polymer that won't break down like the man made hydrocarbons, which is what Mobil1 is made of. Anybody tested this oil in their Dakota? |

I'm a REDLINE man myself, but I have another RAM buddy in my MOPAR club that runs strickly Royal Purple from bumper to bumper. You can take the valve covers off and run your fingers across them and they are as clean as the top of your stove - or cleaner LOL. He swears by RP.

Thanks RAM MAN! I'd use more Redline if my local vendor had a larger inventory. I thought I was lucky getting the MTL. I don't have the patience to wait on an order for oil, so Mobil1 is always the available choice.
