A - yes, if your static compression is low enough. Lowering dynamic compression with the right cam will help here as well.

B - Yes

C - Ask ProCharger

D - Ask ProCharger

Unless you're dead-set on running the Procharger, 450 hp on pump gas is possible with a 440 without it, while still being plenty streetable & inexpensive to build. With the aluminum heads, you could probably run around 10.25:1 compression with that cam with no detonation problems on pump gas. I'd also have the heads ported while you're at it. This build sounds just like the one Edelbrock says will make 450 hp with these parts. Throw more cam at it with the higher compression & ported heads & 500 hp wouldn't be difficult.

Yeah. I like Pro-Chargers.

After the "paint" job.

You're going to want to call Terry at www.thesuperchargerstore.com and tell him about your build. 9.5:1 is high but do-able. You will want a cam with different LCA. You're going to want to do some supercharger engine specific things like........intake, cam, CR......... You might not have to change much, but since you didn't list what you already have ???
