is there enought room to run 2 inch dual exaust right from the manifold on my 92 dakota short box with the 318.

It has been done often, but it is illegal to do so on the smog-controlled engine....even with replacement dual cats the issue is cloudy. If you ever have to get a smog check, some states will fail you.

If you do it, be sure to use a balance pipe ( H-pipe or X-pipe ) between the two sides. This increases power and reduces noise in most applications.

Thanks for the reply but I live in Canada and the smog law doesn't exist here.
