I need all the powerdyne owners help here. I need to know what the 6# pulley diameter is and the 9# pulley diameter is. Some other guys got me thinking that maybe pd sent me the wrong kit, judging by my e.t. and the amount of pinging i get(i shouldnt get any pinging if it was only 4.5psi). They may have sent me the kit w/ the 9# pulley. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I am running an MSD 6BTM and a boost gauge, im not sure but someone told me the gauge might be off. I see 5lbs in between shifts, but thats the highest it goes. If you are talking about pinging, the 24's still havent arrives yet. Even with the msd and 3 degrees of timing pulled, i get pinging on 93, but on 100, only need to take 1 1/2 out, but im running the injectors to the max, and i will burn them up if i keep running them like that. The pulley sizes for the pd if anyone else wants to know are, 6#-3.12" and 9#-2.93". Scott if you have any more q's about the pd. feel free to ask!

Them sizes are incorrect with our trucks =-)
we have the 9# now... but they are rated at 5800RPM and we redline at 4800...

If you want the 9# pully (which is rated at 11) its 2.70"

A buddy ordered a 9# pully for his dak, and it was the same one... found the above info out...

Coolva, i measured my pulley last night and it was what they told me, 3.12", your redline is @ 4800? Mine isnt until 5250 my man. The r/t's must be different, because the 6# pulley on the R/T only makes 4.5psi, and the 9# makes around 7# which i am not even close to. From what i have been told by other R/Ters is that the impeller needs to be shimmed on our trucks to get tighter tolerances on the impeller. I'm not saying that you are wrong, but your truck might be different than mine i.e. crank pulley diameter which has an effect on the speed that the impeller spins. If i am totally wrong, just tell me to shut up.
