Besides cracks maybe intake water passage leak, any steam/moisture out the tail pipe?
How did the timing cover seal up? |

I really think that it is my intake because it is a ld340 intake but it was in rough condition. I dont know if there was stem coming out because it was straight headers.didnt really pay attention.

Might need to be.......Pull on of the intake bolts and look down threw the hole. If the bolt looks like it is more toward the top of the of the hole? Then the answer would be yes. Adds are that it is not sealing...
Some times you can get the Mr. Gasket extra think gasket and fit it. |

Usually try to mill the intake face of the heads, .0098 off the intake face/side for every .010 off the chamber side.
But you can do the intake if you don't wanna pull the heads, it will be unique to that head block combo though unless you use thicker gaskets.... |
