Default Pushrod Length

I'm running an adjustable valvetrain, W2 heads, with a hydraulic cam. How do I determine the length of the pushrods. I have the Mopar "cut to length" pushrod kit I just need to know what to do with the lifters. Do I pump them up?

If possible leave the intake off and install a couple of pushrods along with the rocker gear for that cylinder. adjust the preload and measure where you are at. Go from there.
