After each mod, I reset the PCM so that it can adjust accordingly. It seems that 2 weeks later, I have lots of power. Then after a few more weeks, that power seems to decrease. I really baby my truck and this Saturday was the first time I have EVER put the pedal to the metal. Are my driving habits(I rarely ever hit 3000RPM) hampering the PCM's ability to make full power? Is my PCM bad because it peaks out and then looses power over time, or does it do that because I drive like granny.

If you hammer it constantly, the computer will look for more power constantly. If you baby it, the PCM will look for better mileage and smoother driving. It adjusts to your driving style as much as it can.
