Default Gear Oil Specs

I have that 73 w100 that I'm still freshening up but cant find the recomended oil specs for a 8 3/4 limited slip axel. And while were at it np205 and front dana 44 specs would be awsome.

Hope all you dads are having a nice fathers day weekend.

My kids wont let me work or play with anything

Run a good quality 80/90 gear lube on each end and in teh sure grip use a sure grip additive available at NAPA & other parts stores.

I use synthetic 70 - 90 wt. Got it from Summit!! I have synthetics in the engine, tranny, and rear end. Good for an extra 25+ hp at the rear wheels!

Default Front axle

Takes the same oil as the rear. Put synthetic tranny fluid in the transfer case.

Default Np 205

The 203 full time takes 30 wt, I believe. Your 205, if it is steel, might well be a candidate for 30 wt. also. Better check a service manual.
