Default set up my suspension

ok guys how would you set up a suspension for a strip/street dart?i am going to be getting a set of mono leafs.calvert told me i need 5" a travel in the front suspension.i dont know what springs to get stock or 1" over.i am going to run 275/60/15 tires.

Dont recommend monoleafs. If one breaks, which has happened, you go flipping down the road. Also, I've heard Caltracs aren't meant for a street machine. I spoke with the guy that invented them, but that was 7 years ago.

Some good springs from ESPO, a pinion snubber, and some shim plates to get the pinion at the right angle are all my 496 needs to solidly plant the MT ET Streets!

The Mopar springs I bought a while back were made in Mexico, and were crappola. I bought ESPOs at 2 inches over, and they raised the rear way to high. The stock height springs work great. Get ESPO stock height springs. 99% chance they will give you the correct height. If they don't, ESPO will re-arch them for free!!

wow i have the caltracs and shocks.all i need is the mono leafs.i will ask calvert about this.
