One pricey piece of history here ......
.
I'm not passing judgement one way or the other on this one (ie: the price). But I do think it's a cool piece of history and belongs in some kind of museum. http://cgi.ebay.com/Richard-Pettys-6...item20b0698ed5 I'd watched the 'King' race a few times back in the 60's and early 70's. It makes me wonder if I'd seen the car when it had this in it...... .

$10k seems a bit much for this. Not very exciting to own, and by itself doesn't have the same impact as a complete Petty car.
