I am rebuilding the front end in my 74 Dart Sport and noticed it looks like it's possible to swap spindles and calipers from one side to the other, where as on this car this would only be good for get the weight of the calipers behind the front axels (thinking of weight transfer since this is primarilly my drag car at the time, and I'm not prepared to get Willwoods just yet). But on my 69' 340 Dart street car that has been updated w/ 74 Duster brakes I could run 69' swaybar and lower controlarms (if ball joint is same ?) If anyone can help with this please respond ?

Yes you can swap the spindles side for side. The problem is finding a brake hose that works. The late 80's Chryslers had calipers behind the spindles and brake lines at the rear. You might check them out in a boneyard and copy their flex hose setup.
