The chrome is more reliable and the spark phasing is more stable.

Thanks guys!!! It seems like I have read on many occasions of the orange box going bad. What about coils? Stock mopar or a hotter one? I want this to look mostly stock. The motor is going in a 1971 Twister Duster.

I use a MSD Blaster 2 works great, but I'm sure a stock coil would work fine.

Yeah, I did forget about Don's replacement system. It is a much better choice.

The FBO unit that Rampage linked is far better than the MOPAR units.

Here's a link to the original, non-CD system - http://www.4secondsflat.com/a688specs.html
