Default 69 Charger front bumper installation

I purchased an after market front and rear bumper for my 69 restoration and the back matched up like a dream. When I went to do the front, the brackets aren't lining up with the bumper wholes. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions on the installation. I've loosened up the brackets but still having an issue with things linning up. It also seems that they have not put all he required holes in the bumper mounting. The two piece brackets have 3 holes total and the bumpers only have two total on each side. Any thoughts?

Call the manufacturer of the bumper and ask.

Wish I could. Bought them off eBay. The back has been on for about a year and a half. Just unwrapped the front to finish up the project. My eBay history will not show information back that far. Great idea, wish I could. I may end up paying for a second new one.....

You don't remember the brand? I thought eBay records were available for some time back.
