In my 70 Charger Im having a problem with headlight switch, when I put the headlights on I wont have tailights or dashlights. I did put in a new switch but I had the same problem. So I had to put in a toggle switch that I hooked up into the switch. With the toggle switch the tailights and dash lights work fine. Could it be that two old switches and one new one are no good? Im beating my head against the wall with this one. It has all the signs of a bad headlight switch but after changing to a new one, Im not to sure. Thanks.

Could the wiring be wrong? Is the incoming power on the right terminal? If you've tried two switches and have the same problem I'd look at the wiring to/from the switch to the various components.

Not to try and be funny but you have checked the park lamp fuse right?
