Question

hello boys!
I write from Argentina, I own a Dodge "GTX" '70 with 318, manual transmission of 4 speeds and 2,87:1 rear-end.
I want to know their opinion about these parts for my engine: Holley #3310 750 cfm vacuum secondary, intake manifold Weiand X-celerator, mechanical camshaft Mopar Performance 284º .528" y 112º centerline.
that they recommend me: MSD 6AL or MP Chrome ECU?
Who is it the right water temp for the 318?

greeting from Argentina . . . MAD MAX II

Sounds like a pretty good set up Mad Max. You will need more compression with that set up though probably 9.5:1 and lower rear gears , about 3.5:1. Is the Weiand dual or single plane? I haven't had experience with this manifold.

The intake manifold Weiand x-celerator is single plane.

The carb is too big!!!! You will never have a need for anything larger than a 600 -650 on a small block. I run a 360 +.040 that is making approx. 450hp, I am using a 600 with no problems at all
