Cool

I have an old 52'1 1/2 ton. That I want to get running. I think it may have a couple valves stuck. When I crank it over with the plugs out there are a couple cylinders that are very low on commpression. I guess I'am hoping that it just has stuck valves. I have never worked on a flat head before. Any ideas on freeing up valves in these motors? Does anyone have any body parts for this truck? It takes different fenders than a pickup as it has the big tires with the dual rear tires. Thank You

Just pop the valve covers off and take a look. You may be able pull up and out the inner wheel well and tire and have a straight shot at the valves under the manifold. If they are stuck just pull the head and free them. It's pretty straightfoward.
