I need to have the 8 3/4 differential rebuilt in my cuda a lot of play. Does anyone know of anyone good in the south florida palm beach area ?
i'd consider mail but i know shipping would be a lot.
i'd just pull it out and bring it over rather than give them the car.

In this day and age of crate engines and such if you dont have the means to do it yourself maybe the best bet is to buy a complete prebuilt center section from one of many companies out there doing this kinda thing .Unless you want to keep it all original numbers matching kinda thing then i guess you need to find some one to rebuild it for you.

I once bought a CWP from a seller in Florida who has a business (possibly part time) rebuilding these rear ends...

I found him on eBay. If you're stuck I can see if I can find him again.

If you could find it that would be great hopefully he is in south florida. The machine shop i used to deal with closed down & am having trouble finding someone qualified to do it. cost's a lot to ship these things thats why id like to find a place i can drive it over to.
Thanks Carl

Found it...

Raul H (Roy) Reveiro in Plant City. rpsracing@earthlink.net

It's nine years since I bought a couple of high ratio CWPs from him, but he was right into that stuff and good to deal with.
