Question

I have 340 cuda w/727 trans (shift kit and mopar perf rebuild kit)and 3500 stall converter. I need to know if I can do anything to the linkage to make it shift quicker and harder. Maybe I don't have it adjusted properly, please advise.

One thing to do is get the kick down linkage to push back on the kickdown lever. Put more pressure on the lever. The other but may not be feasible for you since you have the tranny and motor back in the car is install the 5.0 Kickdown lever. This will apply more pressure to the kickdown band. But the trans needs to be disconnected from the engine and the convertor removed in order for this to be changed.
