Ok, where's the Neon's?? All the MoPar guys are still running the Avengers. Anyone out there know what engine are they using?? Qualifying results show only two MoPars in the field:
#12 Morgan 6.934 198.9 #13 Alderman 6.938 197.7 Would like to know if any of you Florida guys have been or are going to Gainsville this weekend?? Give us the latest scoop on our beloved MoPar racers. Later, JC

I was there today.The Mopar pits are CROWDED!!Morgan and Nobile are using the wedge,I think Alderman and Geoffrion are too although they were talking about the Hemi today.No Neon until the Hemi is ready.

What's up with the Pro Stock truck guys? I see none of the Mopar teams in PS truck qualified this weekend.
Does anyone know if any of the PS trucks are running the new canted valve heads this weekend? HV

|
Alderman qualified with the 'Hemi', the first qualification of the new engine. He had a pretty good weekend, still low on power but the chassis must have worked well. Morgans wedge still made more power than the new 'Hemi'.
