Wedgehead440 - I am interested to know what your Daytona's wheel base is if you don't mind saying.

Do you know how the added wheel base was obtained? I assume the front clip is 'glass and was a +4" or +6", was the glass modified additionally for longer wheel base?

Yes the glass came from hairy glass and it was made for a promod car with a 110 inch base. The whole tube chassis is mad to fit the body. Steve at Warren Johnson's shop did the rear 4 link setup and the car has a double frome rail. That mean it has a x bar rail up the middle buy the trans tunnel and an funney car cage.

Thanks for the info, I want to stretch my Daytona out. Will have to try to talk to some one who knows whats really going on at Hairyglass, the gal who answers their phone doesn't seem to know all the facts.
