Question

I have a 1956 Desoto convertable. The problem is that I don't know what model it is. The hood, deck lid, trim, letters,or any other form of identification is missing. The engine is missing too. I wanted to know if anyone knows how to tell what model it is by using the body tag or the trim holes,or anything. Any help would be great. Thank you,

Justin Killercuda67@yahoo.com

Hey RamMan. What gives with the "DeSoto Diplomat"? It sure looks like a 1958 Plymouth to me.?!?!
My brother-in-law has a 1957 DeSoto Fireflite, and the Adventurers looked like it, sans hubcaps. The Firesweeps didn't look like a 58 Plymouth.
What gives?
