Question

Ram Man - I just finished installing a finned aluminum rear end cover on my 99 Ram. Did the anti-sway bar you installed mount ahead of or behind the rear axle? The reason I ask is that the aluminum cover is quite a bit bigger and I don't know if the bar would fit behind it.

Thumbs up

If you were to kneel down at the rear bumper and look towards the front of your truck, the anti sway bar goes from one side to the other and the bar comes around the back side of the diff. I looked and unless that finned cover is real large, I imagine it would still fit.

Of course, its going to cover part of the nice alum finned diff cover . . . (like drawing a line right thru it).

Good luck on your project.
