With my QC I definitely would like an electric sliding rear window. As Ram Man said, a defogger would be nice too.
I've seen electric sliders for about $239. No defogger, sorry Ram Man. The switch looks a bit cheap, (guess I could change that out though). I was wondering if anyone has put one in and if it works. I got the feeling it wouldn't hold up over time.

Ha ha, this is a good one. I helped install one of these damn things and it took us about two hours to do it, not counting everything the tech had to do pulling the interior before I started helping. It was messy, and a real pain in the butt. The factory window fits in a rubber seal that goes all the way around the opening. The power sliding window just rests up against the outside and has clips to hold it in and a tube of windshield sealer to glue it in. It sounds like a cheap installation, but it looks good and you would have to use TNT to get it out. After getting it in and hooking up all the wiring it opened really nicely, and then died. You guessed it, the cheap looking switch. After calling Mopar and getting the number of the vendor, I soon had a new switch on the way. The guy who owns the truck is a local paint and body guy, and a friend. He has had no trouble out of it so far, and this was done in 96. I should say his wife has had no trouble, since I don't think she will let him drive it much.

Here's a idea - they usually advertise in the back of Truck kinda magazine (Sport Truck / Truckin' / Street Trucks etc.)

I have never used it and don't know their website, but the product is called "The Breezer".

Just giving you another option . . .

Hmmm. Kinda as I thought El. I'm surprised that he/she has not had any trouble. Maybe I will go for it. Thanks.
Hey! RAM MAN, where did you get the picture of my girlfriend? HEHEH. I wish.
